For consumer bankruptcy attorneys, there is no book more useful than Consumer Bankruptcy Law and Practice, by Henry Sommer and John Rao. This volume analyzes the law, reprints statutes and official forms, and provides practice forms and pointers. Consumer Bankruptcy Law and Practice is published by the National Consumer Law Center. NCLC's attorneys are recognized as the nation's consumer law experts.
