It has come to our attention that one of the leading software vendors has collected numerical data from bankruptcy petitions and sends that data through the Internet to that software vendor. Law Disks pledges we will NOT collect any data from an attorney's clients whatsoever. Law Disks believes that our attorney-customers have a right to know whether a software vendor is collecting data about that attorney's clients. We call on all the software vendors to adopt an industry code of conduct and to pledge to never collect data via bankruptcy preparation software about an attorney's clients who file bankruptcy..

This Law Disks website does not set any "cookies" on your computer. We do not attempt to install any adware on your computer. We do not generate any ads on your computer. We do not install deceptive software which runs without your knowledge or prior authorization. Law Disks does use Google to display ads on the Google search page for persons who request Google to search for bankruptcy software. We will not sell any mailing list of our customers. We use email only to notify existing customers of upgrades and new products.
